ESG Management

Environmental

  • 1. Achieving carbon neutrality

CJC Cooperative is digitizing the ordering process by automatically linking head measurement data. This minimizes physical movement and enables efficient use of resources. The digitalized ordering process reduces unnecessary waste of resources such as paper, vinyl, and tape at each stage, while effectively reducing carbon emissions that may occur during the logistics process, contributing to achieving the carbon neutrality goal.

  • 2. Eco-friendly production method

Instead of using vinyl patterns used in the existing wig production process, we are introducing a production method that utilizes digital data to reduce waste generation. In particular, by excluding the use of vinyl patterns, we are reducing environmental pollution caused by vinyl waste, thereby minimizing plastic waste generated during the production process and adopting an eco-friendly production method.

  • 3. Improve the working environment

We are improving the health and working environment of workers by applying a system that minimizes dust generated during the wig production process.

Social

  • 1. Cooperative-based production and distribution sharing

Through the cooperative structure, we transparently share all processes from production to distribution, and strengthen mutual cooperation and communication.

  • 2. Contribution to the community

We contribute to the local community by creating local jobs and providing stable employment.

  • 3. Creating social value

Beauty services for the elderly and wig support for cancer patients through the Happiness Sharing Service provide direct benefits to socially vulnerable groups, creating social value and strengthening ties with the local community.

  • 4. Digitalization of the wig industry

Established a corporate research institute and through continuous research and development (R&D), we have developed a head measurement device and a custom wig ordering platform to increase work efficiency, improve the work environment, and achieve related technological innovation. These R&D activities within the cooperative promote knowledge and technology sharing among members, and have a positive impact on the local community and the industry as a whole.

Governance

  • 1. Transparent management

We maintain transparency in all decision-making processes within the cooperative and actively reflect the opinions of members to ensure fair decision-making.

  • 2. Sustainable Innovation

We have a sustainable management system that simultaneously considers the environment and social responsibility through data-based decision-making. We also systematically manage research and development (R&D) and strive to ensure that R&D activities are in line with the company’s long-term goals and environmental and social responsibilities.
